Men's mental health matters!
Men's mental health is not just a private struggle, it's a national crisis that we can no longer ignore. Every day, we lose fathers, brothers, and sons who suffer in silence because society has taught them that "real man don't cry." But silence is killing our men. we must create safe spaces where men can speak without judgement, where seeking help is seen as strength, not weakness. it's time to teach our boys that expressing emotions is human, not a sign of failure. Healing men means healing families, and when families heal, the nation heals.
